PBX Database Siphon
This application was written from a need to take an FTP download from 4 telephone systems, once a day.
The system was written to support the old Avaya INDeX PBX ( also known as SDX INDeX and Lucent INDeX ). This works with the CPU-X variant ( obviously as the others dont have a Network Interface. ) It would probably work with other FTP enabled systems.
The files are saved locally with a date and time stamped filename.
This application was written in VB6 and has yet to be ported to .Net. however it works well and its running daily on my PC at work.
Theres a basic Wizard that walks you through the configuration.
There are some known bugs in the data entry section of the wizard, where, if dodgy characters are entered where IP addresses should be - it doesnt like it. Apart from that it should be stable.
